How to Adjust The Vibration Motor?

The vibration motor mainly relies on the vibration motor as the excitation source. When the vibrating motor is working, the high-speed rotation of the vibrating motor generates periodic high-frequency vibrations to the silo wall, so that the materials can be discharged from the silo opening smoothly. However, overheating of bearings, deterioration of lubricating grease, and cold weather can also cause insufficient working efficiency of the vibrator, resulting in a prolonged time.
How to adjust the vibration motor?
Each output shaft of the vibration motor has a fixed eccentric block and an adjustable eccentric block. Adjusting the angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block can change the excitation force. When leaving the factory, the included angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block is 0 degrees, and the exciting force at this time is the rated exciting force F of the silo wall vibrator. The exciting force is different at different angles.
Steps to adjust the excitation force
1. Remove the protective cover.
2. Loosen the outer eccentric block to tighten the bolts.
3. The eccentric blocks on both sides should be rotated in the same direction, so that the engraved line on the shaft aligns with the excitation force indication line on the eccentric block to the required excitation force value, and check whether the two ends are at the same angle.
Precautions for the use of vibration motors
1. The operating environment of the vibration motor should be kept dry, and the surface of the motor should be kept clean.
2. During the working process of the vibration motor, the iron core, and the armature are not allowed to collide. In the event of a collision, the amplitude and working air gap of the vibrating body must be adjusted immediately.
3. When the motor thermal protection and short circuit protection continue to operate, it should be ascertained that the fault comes from the motor, or the overload or the setting value of the protection device is too low. After the fault is eliminated, it can be put into operation.
4. Add grease in time.
5. When the vibrator is re-used after a long period of rest, first check whether the coil is damp. If it gets wet, it must be dried before use.
