The use of slurry pumps is very common. Whether it is coal washing in mines, ferrous metallurgy, ash removal in power plants, and alumina industries, slurry pumps are basically used wherever liquids are transported. The slurry pump is a mechanical device that increases the energy of the solid-liquid mixed medium by means of centrifugal force (the rotation of the impeller of the pump) and converts electrical energy into kinetic energy and potential energy of the medium. Production equipment will experience different degrees of heat during use. However, if the heat is not dissipated in time or the heat phenomenon occurs repeatedly, it is easy to cause damage to the equipment and affect the normal work progress.
1. Insufficient bearing accuracy
This situation not only occurs in slurry pumps, but also in equipment such as sand discharge pumps and dredging pumps. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the degree of grinding of the bearing, the geometric size of the shaft, and the bearing housing, and to see if the machining accuracy and pattern are consistent with the scale size. The slurry pumps produced by many manufacturers are not of specifications, and often because of some details problems may directly lead to the operation problems of these machines.
2. Insufficient lubricant used
Lubricating oil should be added regularly. There are different types of lubricating oil, including organic oil lubrication and butter lubrication. These two uses are on different machines, so they cannot be mixed.
