The vibrating motor is one of the important components of dewatering screen equipment, which provides power for mine dewatering screen equipment. In the later production of the equipment, it is always inseparable from the assistance of the vibration motor. Most of the vibration motors for mine dewatering screens are installed in places where the working environment is harsh and dusty. The motor itself has no fan to dissipate heat, and it relies on natural cooling. The correct use of the motor will prolong the service life and work efficiency of the motor, so daily maintenance and maintenance are particularly important. If there is a problem with the vibration motor, it will cause the whole machine to fail to operate normally. Therefore, we must pay attention to the maintenance of the vibration motor in daily production, so that the vibration motor will be used for a long time.

1. The screening equipment that uses a vibrating motor as an excitation source should be equipped with electrical protection devices to prevent equipment damage due to electrical problems.

2. In the early stage of equipment operation, check every day to ensure that the anchor bolts and other equipment fixing devices are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened before starting the operation.

3. During use, especially the first use, check whether the rotation direction of the vibration motor meets the requirements. If the direction of rotation is wrong, the phase sequence of the power supply can be adjusted.

4. After the vibrating screening equipment has been running for 2000 hours, the bearings of the vibrating motor should be checked. If serious wear occurs, the bearings should be replaced immediately to prevent this problem from causing equipment failure.

5. When the device is restarted after not using it for a long time, a 500V megohmmeter should be used to measure the insulation resistance, and the result should be greater than 0.5 megohm.

6. Regularly check the lubrication of the equipment. The specific operation recommendations are: replenish No. 2 lithium grease every two weeks.

7. If an abnormal noise is found during the operation of the vibration motor, it should be shut down immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before restarting the operation.

8. The original bearing model should be used when replacing the new bearing.

9. The coil binding and bolt tightening of the motor need to be firm and reliable, and the cable, oil seal and dust pad need to be intact and undamaged.
