In the case of insufficient lubricating grease for the vibration motor bearing, it is easy to cause the motor bearing to heat up, the bearing to be locked, and abnormal noise occurs. The maintenance of the vibration motor is actually the maintenance of the motor bearings. Because bearings are one of the main causes of damage to most vibration motors.

Regularly replenish high-temperature resistant lithium base grease

The motor in normal users needs to be oiled once after 700-800 hours of operation. Generally, the high-temperature-resistant lithium-based grease of the same brand is used. After 1500 hours of operation, the bearing needs to be cleaned and replaced with new high-temperature resistant lithium-based grease. For high-frequency vibration motors, the frequency of oil injection can be appropriately increased.

The appropriate amount of oil

The oil filling amount of the bearing should be one-third to one-half of the effective volume of the bearing chamber. Too much or too little oil filling will cause the bearing to become hot during operation, causing the grease to decompose and deteriorate, and reducing the service life of the vibration motor bearing.

Do not mix motor bearing greases

Mixing greases can harden or cake the grease, which can cause the motor bearings to heat up. The motor bearings have been filled with high-temperature resistant lithium base grease before leaving the factory. Therefore, when replenishing grease, it is necessary to replenish high-temperature resistant lithium-based grease of the same brand model according to the instructions.
