Causes of vibration motor heating
1. The working environment where the vibration motor is located has a high room temperature, which causes the motor to heat up.
2. The motor is too tightly sealed, resulting in poor heat dissipation.
3. The motor is overloaded during operation.
4. Unbalanced voltage or low voltage will also cause the motor to heat up.
5. The motor fan is faulty or the air inlet and outlet of the motor are blocked.
6. Lack of oil in the motor bearings will cause the motor to overheat.
7. There is an error in the wiring inside the motor.
8. The motor is damp.
9. The motor is running unbalanced, the machinery is stuck, and the operation is blocked.
10. The motor resistance is unbalanced or the rotor has a winding phenomenon.
