What Are The Characteristics Of The Vibration Motor?

The vibration motor can generate different vibration trajectories according to different installations and combination forms on the vibration body, so as to effectively complete various operations.
Features of Vibration Motor
1. Exciting force and power match properly. Large vibration force, lightweight and small size.
2. Stable amplitude. Vibration motors are strongly resistive vibrations rather than resonance.
3. Low noise, due to the use of smooth rotation to generate vibration.
4. Large vibration frequency range. The vibration frequency of ordinary exciters is fixed, generally equal to the frequency of the power supply. The vibration frequency of the vibration motor can be adjusted by adjusting the speed, and the vibration frequency and amplitude can be arbitrarily selected according to different purposes.
5. Long lasting. The service life of 2-pole bearings can reach 5,000 hours, and that of 4, 6, and 8-poles can reach 10,000 hours.
6. Small fluctuations in the power supply. Ordinary vibrators will cause large changes in the exciting force due to voltage changes. But in vibrating motors, this change is very small.
7. Multi-machine combination. It can realize self-synchronization and can complete different process requirements.
8. The direction of the exciting force can be changed according to the installation method of the vibration motor.
9. By adjusting the angle of the eccentric block, the excitation force and amplitude can be adjusted steplessly to meet the needs of various working conditions.
10. Maintenance is simple. Since the spring is not used like the electromagnetic type, maintenance work such as gap adjustment and weight adjustment can be exempted, and only regular maintenance of the bearing is required.
