What Are The Types of Vibration Exciter?

As the power driving device of the vibration equipment, the exciter can generate vibration energy to complete the process of vibration conveying, vibration sorting, vibration compaction, and vibration aging. The exciter directly affects its vibration parameters. Therefore, the performance of the exciter is crucial for vibrating equipment.
1. Vibration screen exciter
The main components of the vibration screen exciter are the box body and gears. The resin sand casting molding process can be used to manufacture the precision casting box that meets the requirements. And the casting processing volume is significantly reduced, and the appearance quality is significantly improved.
The box body is integrated with a horizontal boring-milling machining center, which can realize all machining and forming at one time, and can ensure machining accuracy. If there is no such equipment, it can be processed by a coordinate boring machine supplemented by a scribing method, which can basically ensure the processing quality of the box. When machining gears, pay attention to the influence of high-frequency quenching of the teeth on the tolerance of the inner hole. If necessary, a grinding process can be used to ensure machining accuracy.
2. Electromagnetic Vibration exciter
Periodically varying current is input to the electromagnet coil, and a periodically varying excitation force is generated between the exciting element and the electromagnet. Electromagnetic exciters used in vibration machinery are usually composed of an electromagnet core with a coil and an armature, and spring is installed between the core and the armature. When alternating current is input to the coil, or alternating current plus direct current, or pulsating current after half-wave rectification, a periodically changing excitation force can be generated. This type of vibration exciter usually fixes the armature directly on the working part that needs to vibrate.
