Polyurethane Dewatering Screen Panel Introduction

In addition to the performance of ordinary dewatering screen, polyurethane dewatering screen is mainly used for tailing dry discharge with thickener, which is the main accessory of dewatering screen and tailing dry discharge equipment.

Polyurethane dewatering screen is a special equipment for coal slime dewatering, which is widely used for the recovery and dewatering of slime and other extremely fine materials.

Polyurethane dehydration screen adopts double electrode self synchronization technology, universal eccentric block and adjustable amplitude vibrator. It is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter support system and motor. Two unconnected vibrators are respectively driven by the belt coupling shaft for synchronous reverse operation. The centrifugal force produced by two groups of eccentric mass is superposed along the vibration direction and counteracted by reverse centrifugation, so as to form a single exciting vibration along the vibration direction and make the screen box move in a reciprocating straight line.
