How To Adjust The Vibration Motor Excitation Force?

As the vibration source of the vibrating screen, the vibration motor has the advantages of reasonable design, simple and compact structure, high vibration excitation efficiency, energy saving, and convenient installation and debugging. The selection of the vibration motor should focus on its operating frequency, maximum excitation force, power, etc.
The exciting force is the main factor affecting the productivity of the vibrating screen. The productivity is exponentially related to the excitation force. The increase of the excitation force will cause a rapid increase in productivity, while the clogging rate will decrease rapidly with the increase of the excitation force. The increase of the excitation force increases the vibration intensity, and the force on the material on the screen surface increases. The upward-moving speed of the material is increased, the productivity is improved, and the clogging rate is reduced.
The exciting force also has a certain influence on the passing rate and crushing rate of the vibrating screen, and its changing law is wavy. If the exciting force is too small, the passing rate and breaking rate will be poor. If the exciting force is too large, the friction of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor shaft will be increased. In the case of high-speed rotation, it is easy to damage the motor and reduce the service life of the motor. Therefore, it is particularly important to adjust the size of the exciting force reasonably.
How to adjust the exciting force?
1. Open the covers at both ends of the vibration motor. The two eccentric blocks of the motor are composed of a movable eccentric block and a fixed eccentric block. There is an included angle between these two eccentric blocks, and the included angle of the two eccentric blocks at the other end is also the same.
2. Loosen the fixing bolts on the movable eccentric block, and adjust the angle between the movable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block. When the two eccentric weights overlap completely, the excitation force of the vibration motor is maximum. And when the two eccentric weights are vertical, the excitation force of the vibrating motor is minimum.
3. The scale on the eccentric block can be adjusted according to the needs of the site to achieve the required excitation force. When adjusting, the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor should be adjusted at the same time. After adjustment, tighten the fixing bolts of the movable eccentric block. After installing the covers at both ends of the motor, it can be powered on and run.
