Small diameter hydrocyclone group is used for concentration, classification, dehydration, desludging, sand removal, and washing of fine-grained mud and sand. Compared with a single cyclone, the classification effect of the hydrocyclone group is significantly improved. The hydrocyclone group is composed of several small hydrocyclones connected in parallel or in series. The hydrocyclone group is particularly suitable for large-scale and ultra-fine classification. It has the advantages of long service life, strong processing capacity, and high classification efficiency.
The small diameter hydrocyclone group can be composed of any number of different types of hydrocyclones wear-resistant rubber lining. Longzhong developed a gapless gate valve, which is installed at the feed port of each hydrocyclone in the hydrocyclone unit. The valve operates reliably with almost no movement resistance. 2. The cyclone group should use wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant accessories. The slurry contains a lot of sand and particles, so equipment with good wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties should be selected.
3. To ensure that the flow rate of each cyclone is equal and the pressure is balanced, a cyclone group with an isostatic pressure design should be selected as the distributor.
4. The volume of the slurry and the size of the graded particle size should be taken into consideration, and the selection should be made based on the particle size diameter.
5. The processing capacity of the concentrator is large and the overflow particle size is required to be fine, so a small-diameter hydrocyclone group should be selected. This can not only meet the requirement of fine overflow particle size, but also complete the daily processing tasks as required.
