How To Prolong The Service Life Of Vibration Motor?

Date: 2024-10-27     From: Longding     Author: admin

The service life of the vibration motor is a problem that bothers users. However, as long as the vibration motor is properly maintained, the service life of the vibration motor will be greatly improved. Due to the different working environments in various industries, the daily maintenance of vibration motors is also different. It is important to develop a habit of routine inspection of vibration motors, or regularly replace and maintain them, which can greatly improve the service life of vibration motors and reduce unnecessary losses.

The inspection method of vibration motor

1. Static inspection

Before the equipment is put into operation, use a hammer to hit the foundation screws of the vibration motor to see if they are loose. If they are not tightened in time, the foundation screws of the vibration motor will break and the casing will be scrapped.

2. Dynamic inspection

Listen for any noise during the operation of the vibration motor. If any abnormal sound is heard, stop the machine immediately. Check the foot, protective cover, eccentric bolt, and end cover bolts to prevent them from loosening.

3. Temperature check

Use a thermometer or the back of your hand (be careful of burns) to measure the temperature of the vibration motor housing, end cover (with bearing chamber inside), and cable. The vibration motor itself is allowed to rise in temperature by 60 degrees, and the ambient temperature is within the normal temperature range. If the temperature is too high (over 90 degrees), check whether the bearing is lacking in oil, whether the voltage is too high, whether the cable connector is loose, and whether the cable is matched.
