1. Process parameters of hydrocyclones
When the cyclone is used for closed-circuit grinding, the process parameters to be provided include the concentration, viscosity, solid specific gravity, liquid specific gravity, solid content, solid particle density, particle size distribution, processing capacity per unit time, ore feed rate, particle size required for grinding, and the pH of the slurry, etc.
2. Requirement parameters of underflow and overflow
The underflow and overflow required parameters of the cyclone refer to flow, concentration and particle size, including the overflow density or solid content of the cyclone, the underflow density or solid content, circulating load, process control constraints, etc.
3. Design variables of hydrocyclones

The design of the hydrocyclone is also affected by the ball mill used in the closed-circuit grinding. For example, the feed rate of the ball mill and the rod mill is constant, the circulating load is constant, and the slurry supply of the cyclone is also constant. Since the mill is the opposite, the feed rate and cycle load are variable, so the slurry feed is also variable.
