The installation method of vibration motor of linear dewatering screen

1. Installed on both sides

It is usually used when the overall height of the device is limited, but the width of the device is not limited. For example, because of the special requirements of some materials, the discharge port of the equipment cannot be too high from the ground. In this case, we install the vibration motor on the bottom or top of the linear dewatering screen, then the overall height of the equipment is difficult to control. The height of the screen box of the linear dewatering screen is usually fixed, so the height of the screen box cannot be adjusted. This is to consider installing the vibration motor on both sides of the dewatering screen, which can greatly reduce the overall height of the equipment without affecting the working efficiency of the equipment.

2. Installed on the top

TSS linear dewatering screen usually adopts this installation method. Customers have restrictions on the height and width of the discharge port of the dewatering screen equipment, so the vibration motor cannot meet the requirements whether it is installed at the bottom or on both sides. At this time, the vibration motor can be installed in the middle of the top of the equipment, so that the width of the equipment is not increased, and the height of the discharge port of the equipment is not affected.
