The Harm Of Motor Bearing Heating To The Motor
Date: 2023-06-12 From: Longding Author: admin
Motor bearings are the most prone to failures, most of which are caused by motor failures due to heating of the motor bearings. Once the vibrating motor bearing has a heating fault, it will cause the motor grease to melt and overflow, and it will cause the grease to burn, which will directly lead to the burning of the motor bearing.
Causes of Motor Bearing Heating
1. Motor bearings and bearing caps rub against each other
The main cause of this failure is that the motor has no shortage of processing during the processing of the bearing cover or friction scratches appear in the assembly, resulting in local friction when the motor bearing rotates. If there is a slight friction, the bearing will heat up, but there will be no smoke. If you disassemble the motor cover and check, you will find black friction marks at the friction place.
2. Damage to motor bearings
The steel ball of the motor bearing is not round or broken, and it has not been strictly inspected after overhaul, and the outer ring of the motor bearing is not installed with a waterproof ring during the assembly process. Corrosion and cracking of the outer ring of the motor bearing will cause friction loss of the motor bearing. resulting in fever.
3. Improper motor bearing assembly
The most common motor bearing assembly is improper, such as bearing wear caused by not evenly knocking the inner ring during the bearing cold installation process, resulting in the loss of the original interference or excessive reduction in the fit between the inner ring of the motor bearing and the bearing. During the assembly process of the cover end of the motor, the cover end bearing chamber and the outer ring of the bearing are too loose due to the lack of uniform knocking, resulting in the phenomenon of the outer ring of the bearing running .
4. Motor belt is too tight
