Regarding the working principle, the sand pump is a centrifugal pump with many applications. Slurry pumps can also be divided into different types from other perspectives.

1. The suction inlet method of sand pump

According to the suction inlet of the sand pump, it can be divided into a single-suction sand pump and a double-suction sand pump.

2. Number of impellers

According to the number of impellers, it can be divided into single-stage sand pumps and multi-stage sand pumps.

3. Sand pump casing

The sand pump types can be divided according to the pump casing of the sand pump: single-casing sand pump and double-casing sand pump.

4. Position of the pump shaft and horizontal plane of the sand pump

Based on the position of the pump shaft and the horizontal plane, the sand pump can be divided into horizontal sand pump and vertical sand pump.
